Outside Sales Representative
As an Outside Sales Representative at Reel Supplies, you will serve as a key customer contact and consultant at our East Point Warehouse. This role involves identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, connecting with customers to understand their needs, and promoting our products. You'll be engaging with clients in person, over the phone and through online platforms, providing information, and guiding them through the purchasing process. Strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships are key to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and customers
• Demonstrate effective product knowledge to ensure a positive and informed customer experience
• Answer customer inquiries resolve issues and concerns guiding customers through purchasing process
• Identify and resolve customer needs and promote Reel Supplies products
• Finalize sales from all inbound inquiries and successful outbound orders
• Maintain competitive data, inventory control, and provide the reporting and tracking of all daily business activities
Skills
• ​Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• ​"LBM" Lumber building material experience
• ​Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• ​Previous sales experience and strong work ethic
• ​Internal team player that works well with others
• ​Self-sufficient, demonstrating a sense of urgency and adept problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
• ​Experience in customer-facing interactions
• ​Strong multi-tasking skill switch the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
