Millwork Specialist
Reel Supplies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Millwork Salesman to join our dynamic team.
​
This role involves developing relationships with trusted home builders and commercial project managers with a primary focus on windows, doors, remodeled homes and custom millwork. This role has remote flexibility and will require some travel. You'll be pursuing new sales opportunities and engaging with clients guiding them through the purchasing process. Strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build relationships are key to succeeding in this role.
Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities

• Develop and maintain relationships with trusted home builders and commercial project managers
​
• Demonstrate effective product knowledge to ensure a positive and informed customer experience
​
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and project lifestyle
Skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
​
• "LBM" Lumber building material experience
​
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
​
• Proven sales experience in commercial / residential high-end millwork
​
• Internal team player with strong work ethic
​
• Self-sufficient, demonstrating a sense of urgency and adept problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
​
• Experience in customer-facing interactions
​
• Strong multi-tasking skill switch the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
